PA Painting Company Cited by OSHA for Electrocution Work Injury

OSHA has cited Modern Painting and Decorating of Springdale, Pennsylvania due to a fatal work injury where an employee was electrocuted. OSHA cited the company for a willful violation of permitting employees to work close to energized electric power circuits, along with two serious violations of failing to provide adequate fall protection and failure to train employees on the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.
