Worker fractured foot which resulted in an altered gait causing herniated lumbar disc. After decision on claim petition, before Judge Eader in Harrisburg, injured worker received total disability benefits for eight years and then settled wage loss portion of claim against Zurich Insurance. Medical portion of claim remained open.
