By law, workers’ compensation checks are required to be mailed to a claimant’s last known address. However, there are a few exceptions, such as a completed Authorization for Alternate Delivery of Compensation Payments, a Judge orders some other method of payment, or if the Employer is self-insured and does not use a third-party workers’ compensation carrier.
