2020 Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Rate

The PA Department of Labor and Industry has released the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Rates for worker’s who are injured during the calendar year of 2020. For injured workers who sustain an injury between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 the compensation rates are:

  • An injured worker whose Average Weekly Wage is $1,621.51 and above:
    • They will receive the maximum compensation of $1,081.00 per week.
  • An injured worker whose Average Weekly Wage is between $1,621.50 and $810.76:
    • They will receive 66 2/3% of their gross pay.
  • An injured worker whose Average Weekly Wage is between $810.75 and $600.56:
    • They will receive a flat rate of $540.50
  • An injured worker whose Average Weekly Wage is $600.55 or less:
    • They will received 90$ of their Average Weekly Wage
