Social Security Disability Representation Threatened

Amendment 195 is before the U.S. Senate which could affect the Equal Access to Justice Act by suspending reimbursement of attorney fees paid by Social Security and Veteran claimants. If the amendment passes, it will make it difficult for many Social Security and Veteran claimants to find lawyers to represent them in federal court.

If you think you are entitled to Social Security Disability, or have applied for benefits and have been denied or have questions, contact the Social Security attorneys at Calhoon and Kaminsky P.C., for a free consultation.
