On February 22, 2011, a construction worker was injured near Johnstown, PA when a construction vehicle drove over his legs. The injured worker was flown to Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown for treatment. The Coral-Graceton fire department also responded to the work injury and provided assistance. The construction worker was employed by Greensburg Environment Contracting Systems, Inc. of Greensburg, PA, who is constructing a sewage collection system for the Central Indiana County Joint Sanitary Authority.
