I returned to work and injured my same arm and could not go back to work. The insurance company had me examined by their doctor. That doctor said that I was fully recovered. I couldn’t believe he would say that I was fully recovered when my doctor said I would have the problem for the rest of my life. I was hurt and fighting my battle with workers compensation for about two years when compensation tried to cut me off. A different attorney told me lets wait and see what happens. For anyone who might be considering a Worker’s Compensation attorney:  One year ago I fell down and broke my ankle while on the job. Two days later I was discharged by my employer.
